What are your standard business hours?

Our standard business hours are 6:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

We also provide a reliable emergency after-hours service. If you contact us outside regular hours, you’ll receive a prompt asking you to leave your details. In urgent situations, your message will be immediately forwarded to our on-call electrician, who will get in touch with you promptly to assist.

Do you have a call out fee?

No, we do not charge a call out fee during our standard operating hours but we do have a minimum one hour labour charge.

I have an RCD in my switchboard whick keeps tripping, can I resolve this myself?

If your RCD (Residual Current Device) keeps tripping, it’s usually a sign of a fault — either in an appliance, wiring, or the circuit itself. While you can try unplugging all appliances on that circuit and resetting the RCD, if it continues to trip, it’s important not to attempt any further diagnosis or repairs yourself.

RCDs are safety devices designed to protect against electric shock and serious electrical faults. Ongoing tripping should always be investigated by a licensed electrician.
