TERMS & CONDITIONS

 JAX Power Solutions (a division of JAX Services Group Pty Ltd, ABN 78 689 899) provides electrical services in accordance with the following terms: 

- All quotes are indicative and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, additional work, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Detailed pricing and scope of works are provided in a separate Service Agreement issued when a   quote is accepted. The service agreement governs the specific work to be performed.

- Bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or in writing.

- Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.

- Late cancellations or changes to bookings may incur fees as outlined in our service policy.

- All work is conducted in accordance with relevant Australian standards, and the requirements of governing authorities, including local supply authorities.
- JAX Power Solutions warrants workmanship, and manufacturer warranties apply for products used.
- Any additional terms regarding warranties are outlined where applicable in the service agreement.

- Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the work site.

- JAX Power Solutions is not responsible for damage or delays caused by unsafe conditions, interference by third parties, or failure to comply with safety requirements.

- JAX Power Solutions is fully insured.
- Liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the services provided under the service agreement, except where prohibited by law.

- All work performed by JAX Power Solutions is governed by the service agreement issued to the client upon acceptance of a quote.
- These Terms & Conditions do not replace the service agreement, which contains detailed pricing, job specifics, payment terms, variations, cancellations, after-hours fees, warranties, limitations of liability, and other operational details specific to the scope of work.

- All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of JAX Power Solutions (a division of JAX Services Group Pty Ltd) and may not be used without written permission.
